We have an Easy Return Policy within 7 Days of receiving the package by the Customer. If you find any defect or damaged product, please email us at fawnfeelsales@gmail.com or WhatsApp message as soon as you can. Please also include a Photo of the damaged product.
We generally check all products before dispatching the packages to ensure quality, but we can accept (non – customized) goods back as long as the Items are Un-used, Unsoiled, Unwashed and with labels, tags and packaging intact.
In order to ensure that we maintain proper hygiene, products like Nappies and Washcloths will not be accepted for Returns.
We only accept returns on products sold in three Scenarios,
1.    The size doesn’t fit properly.
2. Â Â Â Wrong Product Received.
3. Â Â Â Damaged products received.
Returns on a Combo Offer are valid on the entire combo. Partial return of products within a Combo or deal offer (like Buy one Get One) can’t be accepted.
Any Shipping charges on the Product can not be refunded
Return Shipping Charges will be borne by the Customer. Refund amount credited back to the customer will be less of the return shipping charges.
Reverse Pick up at the customer’s address will be subject to availability of pick up by our Courier partner at the customer’s Pin code.
Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the products back at our address. All products will be checked for usage and authenticity before initiating refunds.
Refunds on prepaid orders will be credited back to the mode of payment at the time of order placement.
Refunds on COD orders will be credited via UPI Payment or NEFT. Please include details of the UPI ID when requesting a Refund.
 CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Order is possible only before the Product has been Dispatched from our end. Once the product has been collected by our Courier partner, the order may not be able to be canceled.
We will send you an email when the product has been dispatched. We generally dispatch the order within 1 to 3 days from the date of placing the order. Â
